Telrad offers its clients the “Royal Red Carpet Personal Service Treatment”. We set ourselves apart from the competition by actually meeting with our clients face-to-face and make a personal relationship versus doing everything over the phone and shipping phones to client site and having them install their own phones. We care about our Clients and want them to have a smooth transition.
Once we have signed you up, you will be assigned a Project Manager and Lead Technician. They will come and meet with your to review your site layout and determine how to best set up your new Phone System. Our Technicians then come to site to deploy all the phones and test EVERYTHING to be sure it is working properly. They will even come back the next morning to check in as well. After the services are implemented, our Client Care Team will call and check in EVERY morning for 2 weeks while you are in the transition period and ensure you are happy.
