TRG The Rogers  Group Benefits and Pensions is a close-knit group of experienced advisors and service professionals with over 300 years of combined experience in the employee benefits and pensions field.

TRG began 1972 as a small closely held independent benefits practice within a financial services firm.  We re-branded and launched TRG Group Benefits & Pensions in 1997 after substantially growing our market presence throughout British Columbia.

By 2005 TRG grew and needed a better phone system to support some of the best people from every part of the group insurance, employee benefits and HR industry that joined the company.   TRG contacted Telrad who put the Telrad team thru a rigorous test of its technology and support to ensure their needs would be met. Clearly they have.  We won their business based on our product offerings, features and service.  TRG has been a longtime client using Telrad technology since 2005.

In 2013 TRG further expanded and moved, and after seeing a demonstration of the new Telrad Pure IP Vision system agreed that the new technology would be ideal for their multi-platform manager client support needs.  After a nine year relationship with Telrad, TRG knew they were in good hands to help grow their business to the next level with our new Telrad Vision IP Platform.
