Located just 10 minutes from downtown, their Members enjoy a private oasis in the city with superior racquets programs, year-round amenities, superb dining and friendly, personalized service.
This was such an exciting opportunity for us at Telrad as it would provide great exposure of our solutions & services to the most successful business owners and entrepreneurs in Vancouver.
Winning this deal was no easy task. This client had been with NEC for over 20 years. Resting on their laurels, NEC expected to retain the client but after several months and presentations the client was convinced- it was time for something new. Telrad was the way to go. Out with the old and in with the new. We won them over with our Visionware Software, Phone Sets and many many features. This client not only loved our new bleeding edge technology but also our feature enhancements and future advancements.
Van Lawn sets a precedent with how they do business and treat their members. They knew Telrad shared that culture with our Vision Product. We would set a precedent together with the new communication solution.
Let’s talk about the Install. We thought wining the business was a great experience…the install was even more of a challenge. But Team Telrad embraces challenges! When everyone said it couldn’t be done- we installed the Vision 100 Server and a combination of Futuro Hi Definition Sets throughout the +100 year old building. Every environmental variable possible was working against us with this install….old wiring, power interruptions, unstable bandwidth, 2 separate server rooms and demark room. We are very proud to report that without huge infrastructure expense nor rewiring most of the locations of the phones- we got the system installed and working in under one week. We used the 1 Gig pass thru’s on the phones. Some of the Phones used the POE and others the included AC Power Supplies.
Van Lawn loves their new High Def. Telrad Futuro Telephone stations. Ease of use, one touch dialing and High Definition Sound has really improved their members experience when speaking on the phones. A new IVR Auto Attendant has been implemented for ease of department & court booking dialing. Self-Administration for each User’s personal profile settings on our web based Visionware. Management loves the dialing feature through Outlook in sync with the VIScom Communicator Software.
What do they love most? The Van Lawn crest displayed in Color on all the Phones throughout the Club. Wow. This is the impact we were looking to make.
